COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.
GATE TIMES You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.
PARKING LOTS The Music Factory has parking available in the parking deck across the street from the venue, or in the adjacent surface lot. Pricing varies by event. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signage and staff members to direct you to the lots. Park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time and easier entry and exit go for Premier Parking.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS When you enter into the Music Factory off NC Music Factory BLVD you will see signs directing you to the designated pick up and drop off area.
WHEN YOU GET HERE You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

BOX OFFICE The box office at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is open on show days starting at 3 PM.
THE MERCH Find that coveted merch at our merchandise booths located HERE. For some events, you’ll find extra booths located outside the gates.
RECYCLING You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
