Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrance to Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is fully accessible. If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance to Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is located inside The Fillmore Charlotte behind the Box Office. If you have a question or need assistance when at the venue please see Guest Services located at the main gate entrance. View our venue map here.
Restrooms:
Accessible restrooms are located past the merch and concessions at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre. We also have accessible restrooms located in the VIP Club. Both accessible restrooms are single user and first come, first served. Full map of where restrooms are located here.
Concession stands:
There is accessible concession stands located here. If you need assistance when at the concession stands, let our member services team know and they will get you assistance when ordering.
Ticketing:
Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets. The box office at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is open on show days starting at 2 PM.
Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Sight and Hearing Impaired Patrons and Companion Seating is located in sections 101 and 103 based on event setup for particular event. The entrance when entering Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre and the VIP Club Entrance located inside The Fillmore Charlotte is fully accessible and flat. An accessible seating map is located here A ramp is located on the right side of section 101 and the left side of section 103. There is a ramp to enter the VIP Club. Full map is located here.
To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.
Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. On the both sides of the lawn there is a flat surface to exit the lawn. On the left side you can use the path to exit the lawn to concessions. On the right side, there is a ramp located by section 101 that connects to let you exit the venue. Full venue map is located here.
Accessible Parking:
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre accessible parking is located in the lot connected to the main entrance. Spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are extra accessible parking spaces located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXChange building. There is accessible parking located on the first level of the parking deck and accessible spots located outside the parking deck. An accessible placard is required to park in any of the accessible spaces.
ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES BELONG TO THE NC MUSIC FACTORY AND PARKING FEES WILL APPLY. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.

Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Oversize bags for medical needs: Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Dietary Needs:
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
At Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you are not able to use your device, please see a member of the guest services team upon your arrival. They will provide you with an Assisted Listening Device. Please be aware these are in limited quantities and first come, first served.

Mobility Device Storage:
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue; please contact us prior to your visit for more information.
All of our events are all ages. Children two (2) and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Please visit the artist's website to find out if they are selling VIP packages for their show. All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase.
We allow clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags no larger than 6”x9”. This applies to all bags including totes, clutches, and fanny packs. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or circumstances beyond control. In the event of a cancellation we will notify fans and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Media Passes: If you are trying to obtain a media pass for a show you will need to reach out to the artist, tour, or agency yourself to get approval for this. The venue staff does not approve media passes.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Media Passes - if you are trying to obtain a media pass for a show you will need to reach out to the artist, tour, or agency yourself to get approval for this. The venue staff does not approve media passes.
There is no camping or overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event could be towed at the owners expense.
ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell hub tent.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), Liquid Death water, and energy drinks.

There are 2 entrances for Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater:
#1. The Main Entrance:
The main entrance is located within the parking lot between The Fillmore and VBGB. The Fast Lane Gate is adjacent to this gate and indicated with Fast Lane Flags. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this lane.
#2. The VIP Club / Premium Experience Entrance:
The VIP Club has a separate entrance. All VIP Club guests, and Premium Experience Box Seat guests will enter through the front of The Fillmore. All guests using this entrance must have a VIP Club or Premium Experience Seat ticket to enter.
In the event of an emergency while on site- Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the rear of the main plaza, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.
Gate times vary, but are usually 60-90 minutes prior to show time.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be through our Season Ticket Seating Department. Season Ticketing sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit. • 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon (factory sealed or empty) or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted and must be empty upon entry. Camelbacks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Complimentary water fill stations are located at Guest Services inside main gate. *When elevated temperate program is activated – we allow 2 one gallon water jugs.

Lawn chairs are available for rent inside the venue on a show-by-show basis at the lawn chair stands at the top of the lawn and must be turned in at the end of the event. Outside lawn chairs are no longer permitted. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
If you notice you are missing an item during a show check with any of our event staff at the front door at the end of the show. Any items turned into us at the end of a show are held in the Fillmore Administration Offices. First Aid is located in the rear of the main plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to First Aid and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our merchandise booths located HERE. For some events, you’ll find extra booths located outside the gates. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

The AvidXchange Music Factory has a parking lot as well as several surface parking lots located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXchange building. All spots are “self-pay to park.” These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signage and staff members to direct you to the lots.
If you prefer to use our Premier parking, you can upgrade here.
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please contact a supervisor and a pat-down search can be provided.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any disciplinary action deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason.

Smoking is permitted in the plazas and lawn area only. However, if guests in the lawn are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plaza only. We appreciate your cooperation.
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.
The VIP Lot is located directly in front of the Parking Deck. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots. VIP Parking is typically reserved for guests who purchase their tickets through our Premium Seating team.
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
Any tickets/passes being provided directly to you from the tour or other promotional company will be available for pickup at the Box Office on day of the concert, by later afternoon. This includes Meet and Greet passes, Backstage passes, Press passes, VIP/Seat tickets, etc. If your tickets/passes are not in the Box Office, it is your responsibility to confirm with your point-of-contact where the tickets/passes can be located. Staff will not contact any member of the tour for you.
