Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is located at 1000 NC Music Factory Blvd Charlotte, NC 28206.
Gate times vary, but are usually 60-90 minutes prior to show time.
There are 2 entrances for Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater:
#1. The Main Entrance:
The main entrance is located within the parking lot between The Fillmore and VBGB. The Fast Lane Gate is adjacent to this gate and indicated with Fast Lane Flags. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this lane.
#2. The VIP Club / Premium Experience Entrance:
The VIP Club has a separate entrance. All VIP Club guests, and Premium Experience Box Seat guests will enter through the front of The Fillmore. All guests using this entrance must have a VIP Club or Premium Experience Seat ticket to enter.

ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell hub tent.
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our merchandise booth located HERE. For some events, you’ll find extra booths located outside the gates. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
All of our events are all ages. Children two (2) and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
First Aid is located in the rear of the main plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to First Aid and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
If you notice you are missing an item during a show check with any of our event staff at the front door at the end of the show. Any items turned into us at the end of a show are held in the Fillmore Administration Offices. The box office at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is open on show days starting at 3 PM. It is located in front of The Fillmore. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com.
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
Any tickets/passes being provided directly to you from the tour or other promotional company will be available for pickup at the Box Office on day of the concert, by later afternoon. This includes Meet and Greet passes, Backstage passes, Press passes, VIP/Seat tickets, etc. If your tickets/passes are not in the Box Office, it is your responsibility to confirm with your point-of-contact where the tickets/passes can be located. Staff will not contact any member of the tour for you.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be through our Season Ticket Seating Department. Season Ticketing sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit. Fill out the form on our Season Tickets tab to be contacted by someone from our team.
Please visit the artist's website to find out if they are selling VIP packages for their show. All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre offers premier parking. PARK LIKE A ROCK STAR: Park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time. Please note, this parking is a separate transaction and delivery from your ticket purchase. Purchase premier parking here and then searching for the show you will attend.
THE VIP TREATMENT: Private club with bar and private restrooms. Enjoy all the VIP amenities and access before and during the show. Be the envy of everyone with this exclusive access. SKIP THE LINES: Fastest way to the PIT or LAWN for your favorite shows. Be one of the first into the venue. Head to the gate and present this voucher along with your concert ticket for early entry. One voucher per event ticket is required to gain early access. Purchase Fast Lane here and then searching for the show you will attend.
NO NEED TO PACK A THING! Leave that bulky bag at home. All you need to do is bring yourself, your show ticket, your blanket ticket and the deeply-rooted desire to have a GREAT TIME! Your blanket will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the lawn chair booths. Show the staff your ticket, walk away with a blanket and it's yours to keep! The blanket sits two to three of your closest friends. Purchase a blanket here and then searching for the show you will attend.
Lawn chairs are available for rent inside the venue on a show-by-show basis at the lawn chair stands at the top of the lawn and must be turned in at the end of the event. Outside lawn chairs are no longer permitted. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental". Reserve a lawn chair here and then searching for the show you will attend.
The AvidXchange Music Factory has a parking lot as well as several surface parking lots located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXchange building. All spots are “self-pay to park.” These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signage and staff members to direct you to the lots.

Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre accessible parking is located in the lot connected to the main entrance. Spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are extra accessible parking spaces located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXChange building. There is accessible parking located on the first level of the parking deck and accessible spots located outside the parking deck. An accessible placard is required to park in any of the accessible spaces.
ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES BELONG TO THE NC MUSIC FACTORY AND PARKING FEES WILL APPLY. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.

At Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre the drop-off and pick up area is located in front of the Box Office (in front of The Fillmore Charlotte) or the VGBG driveway lot entrance. Both these locations are on Hamilton Street. The car will not be able to enter the VBGB lot. Guests will get dropped off at the sidewalk.
The VIP Lot is located directly in front of the Parking Deck. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots. VIP Parking is typically reserved for guests who purchase their tickets through our Premium Seating team.
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.
There is no camping or overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event could be towed at the owners expense.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), Liquid Death water, and energy drinks.

Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
We allow clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags no larger than 6”x9”. This applies to all bags including totes, clutches, and fanny packs. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

• 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon (factory sealed or empty) or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted and must be empty upon entry. Camelbacks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Complimentary water fill stations are located at Guest Services inside main gate. *When elevated temperate program is activated – we allow 2 one gallon water jugs.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Media Passes - if you are trying to obtain a media pass for a show you will need to reach out to the artist, tour, or agency yourself to get approval for this. The venue staff does not approve media passes.
Smoking is permitted in the plazas and lawn area only. However, if guests in the lawn are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plaza only. We appreciate your cooperation.
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please contact a supervisor and a pat-down search can be provided.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any disciplinary action deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason.

In the event of an emergency while on site- Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the rear of the main plaza, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or circumstances beyond control. In the event of a cancellation we will notify fans and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
