Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrance to Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is fully accessible. If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance to Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is located inside The Fillmore Charlotte behind the Box Office. Restrooms:
Accessible restrooms are located past the merch and concessions at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre. We also have accessible restrooms located in the VIP Club. Both accessible restrooms are single user and first come, first served. Full map of where restrooms are located here.
Concession stands:
There is accessible concession stands located here. If you need assistance when at the concession stands, let our member services team know and they will get you assistance when ordering.
Ticketing:
Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets. The box office at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is open on show days starting at 3 PM.
Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Sight and Hearing Impaired Patrons and Companion Seating is located in sections 101 and 103 based on event setup for particular event. The entrance when entering Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre and the VIP Club Entrance located inside The Fillmore Charlotte is fully accessible and flat. An accessible seating map is located here A ramp is located on the right side of section 101 and the left side of section 103. There is a ramp to enter the VIP Club. Full map is located here.
To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.
Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. On the both sides of the lawn there is a flat surface to exit the lawn. On the left side you can use the path to exit the lawn to concessions. On the right side, there is a ramp located by section 101 that connects to let you exit the venue. Full venue map is located here.
Accessible Parking:
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre accessible parking is located in the lot connected to the main entrance. Spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are extra accessible parking spaces located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXChange building. There is accessible parking located on the first level of the parking deck and accessible spots located outside the parking deck. An accessible placard is required to park in any of the accessible spaces.
ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES BELONG TO THE NC MUSIC FACTORY AND PARKING FEES WILL APPLY. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.
If you wish to drop off a member of your party, please drop them off at the main entrance. Full venue map is located here.
Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Oversize bags for medical needs: Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Dietary Needs:
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
At Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure that all guests—and their service animals—are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Service animals must be housebroken and remain under the control of their handler at all times. This may include the use of a harness, leash, or other tether.
Service animals are expected to behave appropriately and may not repeatedly bark, growl, jump on, or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately. Live Nation and its operating partners reserve the right to deny access to a service animal that disrupts venue operations.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy dogs, and all other species—wild or domestic, trained or untrained—are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA. The Met employees are not required to care for or supervise service animals, including cleaning up after them. Service animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs, tables, or other furniture in our food and beverage locations.
If your service animal needs access to a relief area, please contact a member of the Guest Services team. You will be directed to exit and re-enter the venue with their assistance.
Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you are not able to use your device, please see a member of the guest services team upon your arrival. They will provide you with an Assisted Listening Device. Please be aware these are in limited quantities and first come, first served.
